PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with cleaning work at a dangerous high place by a method wherein a cleaning member is fitted to a moving body and the moving body is fitted to a frame body of a display board of a superhighway or the like and made movable. SOLUTION: A cleaning device 4 is constructed by fitting a moving body 11 with a cleaning member formed of a brush shaft 12a, a cleaning brush 12b and a follower gear 12c for reverse rotation and by fitting it with a pair of supports 13 being long in the vertical direction and with upper and lower movable brackets 14 and 15. The upper movable bracket 14 is fitted with a slide member 14a sliding on an upper guide rail 5, while the lower movable bracket 15 is fitted with a rolling roller 15a rolling on a lower guide rail 6. Moreover, the upper movable bracket 14 is provided with a transmission chain 10 and the moving body 11 is made movable laterally with the movement of the transmission chain 10 operated on the basis of normal and reverse drives of a motor. |
