<p>The re-fill cartridge has an outer wrapping (19) with a transverse opening (21) and a flap (24) which is attached to the first sheet in the stack by one or more spots of glue (23). The opening (21) is made in the form of a pre-cut perforated line across the wrapping. It consists of a sleeve made by joining together the two opposite edges of a wrapping sheet with a number of spots of glue (23), especially a hot-melt adhesive, or with staples. When the opened cartridge is fitted into a dispenser the end flap is pushed through the outlet slot from the inside, and it draws out the first paper towel when it is pulled down.</p> |
