There is provided a method of occupying a test bus of a subscriber circuit and line in a full electronic IDSN exchange provided with an ASS(ACCESS SWITCHING SUBSYSTEM), CCS(CENTRAL CONTROL SUBSYSTEM), and INS (INTERCONNECTION NETWORK SUBSYSTEM), comprising: a first step of checking whether it is possible to perform a subscriber test; a second step of, if it is impossible, ending an operation, and if it is possible, checking whether a state of PP(PERIPHERAL PROCESSOR) is normal; a third step of, if the state of PP is not normal, ending the operation, and if the state of PP is normal, performing a test bus occupation routine; a fourth step of ending the operation, after releasing a test equipment and a test bus and returning a state of the subscriber into normal.
