PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a waist part from being damaged with a higher stability of a human body by arranging a height adjustable backrest seat on the front part of a stretching platform and a waist pad plate contacting a waist part and a grip contacting hands when a user sits on the backrest seat and a back part of his body is kept right in contact with a roller part. SOLUTION: A plate 17 is mounted across side frames 1 and 1A at a first half area of a base frame A. A backrest seat 12 is so arranged to allow the adjustment of the height thereof to a part on the plate 17 where the hip part is positioned when the back part of a human body contacts a rear roller part 5. A waist pad plate 14 is fitted on an arch-shaped frame 3 at a position contacting the waist when a user sits on the back-rest seat 12 and the back part of his body contacts the roller part 5. Grips 13 and 13A are formed on the arch-shaped frame 3 at a part contacting hands. This eliminates excessive bending of the waist part getting rid of the possibility of damaging the waist and back of the user. |
