PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in the relation between the amount of energization electricity and the amount of a supplied fluid by a method wherein a cell container of an electrochemical cell part is provided with a water storage section to keep water therein in contact with an ion exchange film constantly and the electrochemical cell part is fed with a direct current to generate a gas, causing a fluid storage section to be pressed. SOLUTION: A water storage section 12 is formed on the side of an anode 2 of a cell container 9 to store water 13, which 13 is always kept in contact with an ion exchange film 1 acting as electrolyte. When a hydroelectrolytic cell is fed with a direct current, water is consumed by the anode 2 and oxygen is generated from the anode 2 while hydrogen done from the cathode 3. If the water in the ion exchange film 1 decreases even a bit, the water 13 of the water storage section 12 moves into the ion exchange film 1 so that the amount of water in the ion exchange film 1 is kept almost constant to uniformize conductivity hence keeping the amount of the gas generated constant as well. The gas is sent to a fluid storage section and pushes a fluid to be supplied outside at a fluid supply port. |
