<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the uniformity of load in the working processes, by arrang ing the working processes in the order of the working stations at the number of working stations in which works are moved in one round of line conveyance, according to the processing order of the works. SOLUTION: All the working processes when the carrying-in and the carrying- out of works are made in one process as a bulk are divided in five processes, and the number of work stations to move the works in one round of line conveyance is made two. Of the five working stations ST1 to ST5, the working stations ST1 and ST2 are made in the manual working process by a single worker OP1, and the working stations ST3, ST4, and ST5 are made in automatic working processes by automatic processing machines MA1, MA2, and MA3. This working table 11 is rotated intermittently at every two working stations, and it is set to finish the process of the works by rotating two rounds.</p> |
