PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain component of good quality by fermenting garbage containing a component hardly decomposed by bacteria within a short time. SOLUTION: A high temp. fermentation agent prepared from high temp.- resistant filamentours fungi having hydrolytic activity to animal and vegetable components, a high temp.-resistant actinomyces, a high temp. actinomyces and a high temp. bacillus bacteria group phase is added to garbage charged in a fermentation machine 1 to ferment the garbage. Fermentation gas is sucked and discharged by a suction pipe to be recycled to a cyclone 4 and, after evaporated moisture is removed, fresh air is added to be recycled to the fermentation machine 1 by an air sending pipe 7 and the condensed water 5 accumulated in the cyclone 4 is guided to a photosynthetic bacteria culture tank 9. |
