<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent heat insulating property by using aluminum dross residue and fine particles of clino-ore as a filler, using cement as a binder and a water-soluble resin as a reinforcing material, kneading these materials with water and forming the kneaded material under pressure. SOLUTION: Aluminum dross residue and fine particles of clino-ore are mixed by about 7/3 weight ratio and used as a filler. Then to this filler, cement as a binder is added by about 15-20wt.% and a water-soluble resin such as sodium polyacrylate as a reinforcing material is added by about 7-15wt.%, and water is added by about 6-10wt.%. These materials are kneaded in a mixer to obtain a clay-like kneaded material. Then the kneaded material is formed under pressure and the formed body is cured with moisture in a high humidity atmosphere at about 70 deg.C for 3 to 4 hours to solidify. Further, the material is dried at about 70-80 deg.C for 4-7 hours to obtain a wall material which is rather light in weight and has heat insulating property.</p> |
