PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the impact resistance without lowering the transparency and to reduce the manufacturing cost by forming only a surface layer part of styrene resin composition containing styrene resin having specific weight- average molecular weight and fine particles. SOLUTION: Only the surface layer part 1 is a molding made of styrene resin composition containing styrene resin having a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 2,000,000 and fine particles of content ratio of 0.002 to 1wt.% and having a refractive index of 1.5 to 2.0 and mean particle size of 0.1 to 0.2μm in such a manner that glass transition temperature does not exist in a range of -130 to 90 deg.C. The inner layer part 2 is not particularly limited, but can be made of conventional styrene resin such as the resin having a weight- average molecular weight of 250,000 to 500,000. The thickness of the part 1 is not limited, but is preferably about 0.01 to 0.4t of one side with respect to the entire thickness (t) of the molding. Thus, the impact resistance is improved without lowering the excellent transparency and the manufacturing cost can be deceased. |
