PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for medical supplies wherein a lower and an upper containers each contg. a substance separated by evacuating completely air are bonded together and braking protective properties of the container is improved by avoiding possibility of distortion of one container to another container. SOLUTION: A container for medical supplies with a lower container and an upper container with a flap 9 provided with a holding means of the lower container and with two kinds of separated substances and a mixing device and prescription applicability and a method for assembling the same, are provided. A tubular sleeve 15 with a conical trapezoid part 20 sealed by a cap 23 provided with a safety seal is placed in the upper container and thereby it is possible to thrust the cap 23 after the seal is destroyed and to curt partly the bottom part 28 of the upper container, and thus mixing of the substances is performed. The flap 9 has two annular ribs 10 and a channel 11 intermeshing with annular edges 3 and 4 having the channel of the lower container.
