<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant and a deodorization method by which a neutral odor component and an alkaline odor component can be removed simultaneously with a signal deodorant. SOLUTION: A deodorant having neutral and alkaline odor physical properties consists of an adsorbent to which hydrogen bromide is stuck. Further, as a deodorization method, gas containing neutral and/or alkaline odor substance is brought into contact with the above-mentioned deodorant. Active carbon and activated alumina or the like are used as the adsorbent. Odor substance such as alkyl sulfides, ammonia and amines can be removed.</p> |
