<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gas barrier property, strength, and fabricability, and prevent generation of interlaminar peeling by adding a thermoplastic polyester resin having an ethylene terephthalate as a main repeat unit in a surface layer of a multilayer sheet and adding a resin composition having a specified component in an intermediate layer. SOLUTION: A resin composition of an intermediate layer is formed of a component (a) and a component (b). The component (a) is of 10-97wt.% and the component (b) is of 90-3wt.%. A 1/2 crystallization time at a temperature 160 deg.C is 10sec. or longer and an inducing time is 6sec. or longer. The component (a) can be obtained by giving a history which heats to a temperature 280-320 deg.C to a resin composition consisting of 90-30wt.% of a component (x) and 10-70wt.% of a component (y). The component (b), other than the component (x), is of a low crystallization polyamide resin whose 1/2 crystallization time at 160 deg.C is 10sec. or longer. The component (x) is made to be a metaxylane group- containing polyamide resin, and the component (y) is made to be a thermoplastic polyamide resin other than the component (x).</p> |
