PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a work to make the corner of the work to be cut in a straight condition after the cutting, by providing a cutting blade chip whose cutting blade at the corner is vertical and the approach angle is made small. SOLUTION: By a cutting blade 11a whose corner of the first cutting blade chip 10a is inclined and its approach angleθis made large, a work 3 to be cut is cut efficiently. The corner part 3a of the work 3 left inclined without being cut by the cutting blade 11a of the first cutting blade chip 10a if to be cut by a cutting blade 11b whose corner of the second cutting blade chip 10b is vertical and its approach angleθis small, and the corner part 3a of the cut work 3 is cut in the vertical state.
