PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric stimulation method capable of obtaining analogous soft touch stimulation and more humanlike massage effect in massage operation such as 'rubbing' or 'patting'. SOLUTION: Stimulation of analogous soft touch can be obtained by connecting electrodes of the same polarity with a conductive self-adhesive pad having an adhesive surface having skin self-adhesiveness and two or more differential electrodes, for example, five differential electrodes (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) are connected with conductive self-adhesive pads and scanned in the order of (1)→(2)→(3)→(4)→(5) and, when output voltage is changed over, continuous soft touch stimulation can be felt.
