PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a uremia substance by stably removing water with the elapse of time even at a time of large quantity water removing treatment such as usual blood dialysis, blood dialysis and filtering or blood filtering. SOLUTION: A blood purifying membrane has a film thickness of 10-35μm, a smooth surface structure and a uniform interior structure and, when blood is filtered by a module formed by using the blood purifying membrane, a ratio of a screen coefficient ofβ2-microglobulin at a filtering speed of 50ml/min to a screen coefficient thereof at a filtering speed of 10ml/min is set to 60% or more and a holding ratio of an ultrafiltration speed of blood after 5hr at a filtering speed of 50ml/min is set to 80% or more and an ultrafiltration speed per a module of intermembrane difference pressure of 300mmHg is set to 70ml/ min or more.
