Diffraction lattice manufacturing method of the distributed feedback laser diode, in order to improve the reappearance because of controlling the lattice frequency exactly, to improve the diffraction efficiency and photon coupling of the diffraction lattice because of planaizating the surface of the generated diffraction lattice.
