PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation control by writing the use results data of position and using time of a carrying device in a register device on the basis of the output from a position measuring device and a timer, and displaying the predetermined use data and the private use results data. SOLUTION: The predetermined registration image plane is displayed in a display surface of a register device 10. Name of a trader is written in the predetermined section, and use of a construction elevator 30 is registered. A user sets a user card 21 so as to store the name of user in a memory card 22. When the construction elevator 30 is loaded with the material, a load cell 34 measures the weight thereof, and a rotary encoder 35 measures the floor. The measured value and the time are stored in the memory card 22. When the predetermined use and the use results data are displayed, problem of the predetermined registration is discriminated by the end of the day, and after the following day, the predetermined registration is corrected in response to the real condition. With this structure, each trader independently controls the operation, and the predetermined registration is corrected on the basis of the problem of the predetermined registration, and a carrying device can be thereby effectively operated. |
