PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce a plastic/metal composition panel by arranging feeders above and below a melting control system and arranging a calibrator just in the vicinity of the feeders and the melting control system. SOLUTION: Sheets are drawn out of two supply rolls 17, 18 made of sheet like steel to be supplied to two pairs of boring rollers 19, 20 and 21, 22 to bore circular holes 27, 27' in the sheets. The sheets 6, 7 are further carrier by an easily heatable pressure roller to be passed through the nozzle head of an extrusion nozzle. A glass reinforced thermoplastic material (polyamide 6) is extruded from an extruder through the melt passage of a nozzle. The upper surfaces of the steel sheets are sucked by the partial vacuum applied from calibrators 4, 5 and drawn out so as to become parallel to each other until the greater part of plastic melt is cooled at the end places of the calibrators 4, 5. Finally, a composite panel is carried away by a transport roller and further processed. |
