Aloe barbadensis miller gel is produced by (1) collecting aloe barbadensis miller leaves, washing, removing the shell to obtain a viscid gel, (2) then washing the above gel with ion flowed water and remove yellow solution, (3) crushing the washed mucous gel into 0.5-2mm size and treat thermally at 70-80 deg.C for 5-15 minutes, (4) adding aqueous aloe barbadensis miller gel to carrageenan as viscosity enhancement agent and keto acid as viscosity stability agent, and then sterilizing at low temperature. |
