<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly reliable data capable of contributing to the deletion of the ring arch fact, of a tomography or the like. SOLUTION: A phantom select signal generation circuit 431 outputs a select signal for selecting the phantom of an X-ray attenuation amount nearly equal to the X-ray attenuation amount of a testee 2, on the basis of the latter amount, and CPU reads out the actual measurement and theoretical values of the phantom equal to or above the selected phantom from an actual phantom measurement value memory 432, and a theoretical phantom value memory 433 on the basis of the select signal. Thereafter, the CPU causes an error amount operation circuit 434 to arithmetically operate error amounts on the basis of the actual measurement and the theoretical values, and compose the error amounts. Then, the CPU causes a calibration circuit 435 to correct the actual measurement value of the testee 2 on the basis of a composed error amount, and causes the corrected actual measurement value to be outputted as detected data.</p> |
