PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form powder of Plantago ovata into granules by utilizing own weight of Plangtago ovata powder in order to readily make the power water-soluble. SOLUTION: A wire net 15 having <=100 mesh is fitted into the opening 7 of the bottom formed in the lower end of conical wall face 5 provided in the lower part of a raw material container 3 and a fan 12 is arranged in the lower part of the interior of the lower part body 10 provided in the lower part of a raw material container 3. The hot air is jetted into a raw material container 3 by passing hot air through the wire net 15 to jet a mixed liquid of water with ethanol and a lid body 17 is openably fitted into the upper part of the raw material container 3 to seal the interior. Plantago ovata powder housed in the raw material container 3 is heated by not air due to the fan 12 to immerse the mixed liquid into the powder and the Plantago ovata powder is processed into granules while rolling the conical wall face 5 by own weight of Plantago ovata powder. |
