PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a coating of TEMPURA (deep fried food) capable of producing a required amount of a uniform TEMPURA coating by mixing cold water with raw flour at a specific mixing ratio. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 34 is opened and city water is supplied to a cistern through a water feeding pipe 33 and the valve is closed when the water level in the cistern is raised to a level to actuate a 1st float switch 13. The water is supplied to a mixing part by a self-priming pressure pump and the supply of water is stopped when the water level is raised to a level to actuate a 2nd float switch 14. The amount of water corresponding to the volume between both water levels is set to be equal to the amount of water for the production of one batch of TEMPURA. The water is cooled in a cooling tank and supplied to the mixing vessel to produce the TEMPURA coating. |
