PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an amino acid composition which mainly contains arginine and additionally all 9 kinds of essential amino acids, increasing the male function of sperm generation, improving roughened skin and obesity and restore the physical conditions. SOLUTION: This composition contains arginine as a main component in an amount of 45-89wt.%, additionally all 9 kinds of essential amino acids, 1-5wt.% of valine, 1-5wt.% of isoleucine, 1-5wt.% of leucine, 1-5wt.% of methionine, 1-5wt.% of lysine, 1-5wt.% of threonine, 1-5wt.% of histidine, 1-5wt.% of phenylalanine, and 1-5wt.% of tryptophane. In addition, this composition contains at least one selected from proline, glutamine and their derivatives and salts, and more thane 0.2g/10kg body weight is preferably given each day. |
