PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain clothes such as underwear capable of sufficiently masking the body smell due to perspiration, etc., without imparting an unpleasant feeling to a wearer by impregnating the clothes with a perfume precursor capable of producing a perfume component by hydrolysis. SOLUTION: The clothes are obtained by impregnating a fibrous material or a woven or a knitted fabric constituting the clothes with a perfume precursor such as a glycoside of a perfume, a glyceride or a peptide derivative. The perfume precursor is preferably impregnated in an amount of 0.01-20wt.% based on the clothes or fibrous material and the clothes can be impregnated even with an enzyme capable of decomposing the perfume precursor to regulate the amount of a released aroma. |
