PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epoxy resin compsn. which is used for producing a resin mold substituting for a metal mold used in a process for producing a Fresnel lens, etc., and a resin mold produced therefrom. SOLUTION: This resin compsn. contains an epoxy resin comprising 40-80wt.% phenol novolak epoxy resin, 10-30wt.% dihydroxyphenylpropane epoxy resin, and 10-30wt.% o-cresol novolak epoxy resin, an acid anhydride curative, and a cure accelerator. A resin mold is obtd. by casting and curing the compsn. The compsn. is excellent in curability, exhibits good releasability in producing a resin mold and good reproducibility of a texture of a master mold, does not degrade nor damage the master mold, and gives a resin mold which does not exhibit any deformation after postcuring and is easily peelable from an ultraviolet-cured coating film formed thereon. |
