FILM FRAGMENT FOR REINFORCING CEMENT, ITS PRODUCTION AND MOLDING PRODUCT OF CEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a film fragment for reinforcing a cement with few fine blanched fibers causing a fiber-ball, etc. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin film is uniaxially stretched to 75-98% ratio based on the maximum stretch-ratio to form many slits in the longitudinal direction. The resultant film is then bundled so as to fold in the width direction and the bundled film is cut in the width direction. Thereby, at least a part of the slits formed in the film are cleaved to provide a film fragment for reinforcing a cement having 0.01-0.3mm thickness, 3-20mm length in the longitudinal direction and 0.1-20mm length in the width direction.
