PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the automization of an apparatus and remove defects such as crease formation by preventing a rubber sheet for winding from serpenting or deforming, and miniaturizing the rubber sheet winding up reel for easy transporting and handling operation at the time of molding a cylindrical unvulcanized rubber sheet. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized belt-like rubber sheet 1 is wound up to a rubber sheet winding up reel 5 by holding a mold release film 2 therebetween, and the rubber sheet winding up reel 5 is rotatably loaded on a delivery device 8, so that by winding up the mold release film 2 on a liner reel 7, the belt-like rubber sheet 1 is wound back, then while the belt-like rubber sheet 1 is put in press contact therewith, the delivery device 8 is shifted at a distance equal to the width of the belt-like rubber sheet 1 every rotation of a cylindrical mold 11, thus the belt-like rubber sheet 1 is wound around the cylindrical mold 11 spirally. |
