SOLUTION: Resist patterns 2, 3 having the patterns of a liquid channel and a liquid chamber are formed on a substrate 1 having a discharge energy generation element, a laminate P1 is formed by placing a roof 4 on the resist patterns 2, 3, and a resin is injected from a resin injection port 4b into the space part V1 of the laminate P1 and cured to form a nozzle layer. The resin receiving volume of the resin infection port 4b is larger than the volume of the space part V1 so that a necessary amount of the resin can be supplied at a time. |
