PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and smoothly insert a catheter into an intracoelomic fine tube by connecting a flexible insertion guide part to the leading end part main body of the catheter and forming the insertion passage of a guide wire opened to the leading end part and outer peripheral surface part of the insertion guide part and utilizing the guide wire as a guide. SOLUTION: The leading end of a catheter 31 composed of a long soft tube in an ultrasonic probe is formed as a leading end part main body 34 provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 35. An insertion guide part 38 obtained by covering an elastic structure 39 formed by winding a fine metal wire material in a close contact coil state with a flexible tube member 40 is connected to the leading end part main body 34 and openings 41, 42 are formed to the leading end and outer peripheral surface of the insertion guide part 38 and the interiors of them become the insertion passage of a guide wire 20. The catheter 31 advances through an intracoelomic fine tube smoothly while it is bent freely along the guide wire 20 inserted into the intracoelomic fine tube. |
