PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the damage of an oil seal by disturbing the invasion of a paint to the circumference of the outer end surface of the oil seal by a boss introduction part and restraing the generation of an acute burr by the tear of a paint film near the oil seal, even if a blow painting is carried out after the assembly of an engine. SOLUTION: This device is constituted by inserting internally and fixing a ring shape oil seal 3 in a shaft insertion boss 2 in which a rotary shaft 1 is inserted and contacting the inner periphery part 3a of this oil seal 3 to the outer periphery part 1a of the rotary shaft 1 and sealing a space between the shaft insertion boss 2 and the rotary shaft 1 by this oil seal 3. In this case, a truncated cone shape guide surface 2b whose diameter is reduced gradually heading for the inside of the shaft insertion boss 2 is formed on the inner periphery of this boss introduction part 2a by introducing the shaft insertion boss 2 in the more outside than the outer end surface 3b of the oil seal 3. |
