PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the image forming quality of an image forming device to be controlled at a low cost and systematically, and further reduce manhours required for data gathering and optimization designing when developing a goods. SOLUTION: A case data is collected and a new control rule is created 113 from the case data, following the transition of a status 112. A control rule storage part 105 stores a plurality of control rules, and the plurality of control rules are combined from their degree of fitness and are output 108 as a combined application control rule. An error in a target value and a measurement controlled variable is applied to the application control rule to calculate a correction value for the manipulated variable 109. From this correction value, the controlled variable is adjusted under control to reach a target amount through the control of the operating part of an image forming device main body. |
