PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency, by rotating a working table at a specific angle just before one step of the position the working table is rotated one round, in a specific rotation direction as the angle made by neighboring working positions each other to the center of the working table, and after that, rotating at a specific angle in the reverse direction. SOLUTION: On an index table 8, position regulating working units 14, 15, and 16 are provided at the interval 120 deg. in the rotating directionθ, and after the index table 8 is rotated two rounds at 120 deg. in the regular direction, the rotating operation 240 deg. in the reverse direction is repeated, in the working condition. As a result, since the working can be carried out in the processing order to laser couplers 2 held on loading tables 11A, 11B, and 11C respectively, without leaving working units 17, 18, and 19 uselessly, the time from the time when one laser coupler 2 is manufactured to the time when the next laser coupler 2 is manufactured can be reduced.
