PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cracking by curing a ceramic molding compsn. contg. a compd. having (meth)acryloyl groups by anaerobic polymn. SOLUTION: A blend is prepd. by blending 100 pts.wt. powdery ceramic stock consisting of ceramic stock such as Al2 O3 and a sintering aid such as Y2 O3 with about 1.0-30.0 pts.wt. compd. having (meth)acryloyl groups such as hexaethylene glycol diacrylate or tetraethylene glycol dimethacrylate and about <30 pts.wt. one or more kinds of org. solvents such as oxy-alcohol and phthalic ester or further adding a surfactant such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, an unsatd. polymer and a curing catalyst is necessary. The blend is mixed by means of a ball mill, etc., to prepare a slurry of a ceramic molding compsn. This slurry is defoamed, injected into a mold and cured by anaerobic polymn. The resultant molded body is released from the mold, dewaxed and fired to obtain the objective ceramic molded body free from cracks. |
