PHOTOSENSITIVE THERMAL RECORDING MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good multicolor image high in color forming properties by providing two kinds of optical color forming elements on a support to mix them by heat to form a latent image and allowing the latent image to form a color by light. SOLUTION: Two kinds of optical color forming elements are provided on a support and a latent image is formed on one of two kinds of the optical color forming elements by first heat energy and a latent image is formed on the other optical color forming element by second heat energy. Thereafter, the first and second optical color forming elements are irradiated with light having a wavelength allowing both elements to form a color to separate two kinds of colors to perform recording. By this constitution, a good multicolor image high in color forming properties can be obtained only by the heating by a thermal head and simple exposure without generating fog at a time of preservation.
