PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity, restrain scattering of blood caused when a plug is opened, prevent direct pollution even it scattering is caused, and put the plug again by fitting a cover member to an inner wall of an opening end part of a tubular vessel when a gas barrier sheet ruptures after blood is gathered. SOLUTION: For example, a gas barrier sheet member 20 composed of an aluminum laminate sheet is fixed to an opening end surfaceδof a tubular vessel 50 by adhesion by a hot melt type adhesive in a reduced pressure atmosphere according to a blood-gathering quantity. For example, an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer-made cover member 10 is fixed by fusion to the gas barrier sheet member 20 composed of an aluminum laminate sheet, and a blood inspection vessel is made. This olefinic thermoplastic elastomer-made cover member 10 is composed of a double cylinder structure of an inner cylinderαand an outer cylinderβ, and is formed in an almost rotational symmetry shape around a rotary shaft A-A'. An outside diameter of the inner cylinderαand an inside diameter of the opening end partδof the tubular vessel 50 are put in the fittable relationship.
