The digital carrier synchronizer comprises a frequency offset estimation for receiving a signal compensated in a timing offset and estimating a frequency offset, a sign table for compensating the frequency offset outputted from the frequency offset estimation, with a sign change value, a phase offset estimation for receiving the timing offset compensated signal, estimating a phase offset by the sign change value outputted from the sign table, and outputting it, a delayer for delaying the timing offset compensated signal for a constant time, a complex functionalizing part for complex-functionalizing the phase offset signal outputted from the phase offset estimation, and a multiplier for multiplying a complex function outputted from the delayer and the signal outputted from the complex functionalizing part by a mean value on a complex plane, thereby preventing a serious hardware complication and heightening a transmission rate of information, with another advantages.
