The method of synchronizing the channels in data transmission of multi-frame comprises the steps of searching an initial channel corresponding to an input data; judging whether a synchronizing signal is obtained in the initial channel; if not obtained, repeatedly storing the input data in a temporary buffer until the synchronizing signal; if obtained, making a coincidence in synchronization the initial channel with an additional channel corresponding to a non-synchronized input data next to the input data of the initial channel.
