Cooking hob control system, being mainly useful for being incorporated into cooking hobs with glass ceramic radiation and/or induction heating elements, such that the control panel 3 incorporating the control buttons, as well as the function indicators, is fitted on the cooking hob itself 1, in such a way that the system components are built into a body 19 that while acting as heat insulation, is positioned below the control panel 3 fitted into the cooking hob 1, and designed into this body 19 containing all the system components and lying below the control buttons, are corresponding capacitive sensors, their circuit being linked to the microcontroller 22 via the signal adaptation circuit 21, and the microcontroller 22 is also linked to the power circuit 23 connected to the heating elements. <IMAGE>
