A process for obtaining a fuel from waste oils or lubricants which comprises recovery of mineral or industrial oils, lubricants or other duly treated wastes mixing them in a proportion of 80% of these and 20% of fuel oil in a process which comprises the subsequent stages of prefiltering, settling, filtering and heating, centrifuging, microfiltering, testing the viscosity of the treated waste oil, further mixing and homogenization. A fuel suitable for diesel engines is obtained.
