This consists of a rotary, stamping tubular roller 1 with cutting reliefs (embossing) 2 in an area of its outer surface. Inside it, an extractor worm 3 is coaxially coupled, via the ends of which it connects with lateral covers 6 and 7 screwed onto the said roller 1. One of its covers has an orifice via which passes a rotary shaft 9 of the extractor worm 3. The cutting reliefs 2 act on an edible sheet supported on a conveyor belt which underneath is in contact with a support roller. Simultaneously with the rotation of the two rollers and of the expellor worm, the conveyor belt advances with the edible sheet which is cut into various portions with predetermined shapes, some of them including holes corresponding with cuts, the latter coinciding in turn with orifices 16 made in the stamping roller 1 and via which said cuts are introduced inside for recycling, being entrained and absorbed by the extractor worm 3 towards one end for expulsion to the outside via windows made in the tubular wall of the stamping roller 1. <IMAGE>
