The electronic rectangular coordinates type operating system for an oil pressure excavator comprises the potential difference meter(16) and for X and Y that command directly the speed component to the horizontal direction(X) and vertical direction(Y), and the boom rotating angle sensor(18) and the arm rotating angle sensor that generate the electric signal by detecting the rotary angle of the boom and arm, and a computer for converting digital type table group that receives the signal from the angle sensors(18,19) and calculates the speed and direction at which flow cylinder operates the boom and the arm.
