The artificial leather can be made by (1) making 3-dimensional bridging fabric cloth by carding, closlapping, needlepunching chart-type complex fiber whose super-miniature is possibly below 0.1 denier, and dissolving, eliminating marine component and then making nonwoven fabric with superfine fiber, (2) mixing polyurethane resin whose solvent is dimethylformamide with 0.05-2.5wt% of sterically hindered amine series' compound of general formula(I) as stabilizer and sterically hindered phenol series' compound of triethyeneglycol-bis-3(3-tertiarybutyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)-propionate as an oxidation inhibitor, (3) adding 0.3-5.0wt% of nonionic surfactant and 0.5-5.0wt% of coloring agent to the mixture and then coordinating viscosity by dimethylformamide.
