The pigment-attached fluorescent composition to form fluorescent face of color Brown tube is produced by mixing 0.02~1.3wt% of pigment binder made out of carboxylated acrylate and acrylnitrile copolymer and 0.1~3.5wt% of pigment with 100wt% of fluorescent substance.
