In case the user wants to check whether or not there is trouble with the horizontal signal processing terminal(1), the detection control data is provided to the input part(2). And then, the inputted data operates the microcomputer(1) and thru the output port(01) provides the H level signal to the control terminal(C) of the switching part(30). The switching part(30) handles the switch so that the horizontal signal inputted from the outside should be cut off, and at the same time reads the standard data stored in the memory(20), transfers it to the driving part(1a) of the horizontal signal processer(1) thru the switching part(30).
