The invention relates to a process for preparing a special physical form of N-[4-[5- (cyclopentyloxycarbonyl)amino-1-methylindol-3-ylmethyl]-3- methoxybenzoyl]-2-methylbenzenesulphonamide by using, as the starting material, another physical form of the same compound. The compound which is obtained in this way can be used for producing pharmaceutical compositions which can be used for treating diseases in which leukotrienes are involved, for example asthma.
