To solve a problem that damages a clutch, this devices comprises a synchronized motor drive board(200) which drives a synchronized motor(M2) by the help of a control of a microcomputer(11), and a voltage detective board(300) that detects the change of the voltage which is flowed inside the synchronized motor(M2).
