New sustained moisturizing lipstick is manufactured by mixing a lipstick base material and an adjuvant with a microcapsule containing gel, a microcapsule of hyaluronic acid or its alkali metal having a particle size of below 30 microns, a microencapsulated telocollagen and a glycosaminoglycan as a microcapsule base material, which is prepared by mixing a microcapsule of hyaluronic acid or its alkali metal with gelled silicon or silicon oil with a conventional manufacturing method.
