The method involves the use of fluid feed devices (14,15,16,17,19,20) that are formed that a fluid amount defining a fluid plug (13) is filled into a proximal section of the conduit (10). This fluid plug, by means of the gas, is introduced under pressure after the fluid amount into the conduit, is accelerated in the conduit, and with enhanced end or mouth speed is ejected out of the mouth (11) of the conduit. The form of the fluid feed devices is such that a number of fluid plugs are ejected one after the other, preferably with regular spacing. The feed devices may have first adjustment devices for adjustment of the fluid amount of one of each fluid plugs. They can also have second adjustment devices for adjustment of the pressure of the gas. Third devices can adjust the spacing between the fluid plugs during ejection.
