An impeller (6) in a turbomachinery has blades (3) designed such that reduced static pressure difference DELTA Cp between the hub (2) and the shroud (4) on the suction surface (3c) of the blade (3) shows a remarkably decreasing tendency near the impeller exit (6b) as it approaches the impeller exit (6b) between the impeller inlet (6a) and the impeller exit (6b).
