<p>Process comprising the application on the metal surface of the part of an aqueous dispersion of a copolymer, which is then dried so as to obtain a non cross-linked film having a thickness comprised between 0.5 and 5 νm; the copolymer has a filming temperature comprised between 0 and 130 °C and is comprised of monomer patterns which are distributed into two categories according to the parameter value of solubility of corresponding homopolymers, a so-called 'apolar' category (i) for parameters smaller than or equal to 19.1 J?1/2.cm-3/2¿, and a so-called 'polar' category (ii) for parameters higher than 19.1 J?1/2.cm-3/2¿; the massic proportion of the polar category (ii) in the copolymer is comprised between 2 and 50 %. The resulting film improves the corrosion resistance and the tribologic properties of the part while remaining very easy to apply and remove .</p> |
